Career Change Dog Adoption Application
Thank you for allowing us to consider your application for one of our adoptable dogs. An instructor will get back in touch with you within 48 hours after receiving your application. If you haven’t heard from us, please check your Spam/Junk folder first before calling our office.
A few things before you get started:
- This online application will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.
- The questions are designed to allow us to get to know you and whether the dog you are interested in meeting might be the best fit.
- You will receive an immediate response indicating your application was received successfully.

- We do not have an adoption fee but strive to find the best placement for each of our dogs.
